  • Our services include dry carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather restoration, and hard floor cleaning.

2. Service Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • You must provide accurate information when booking (e.g. name, address, access details).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed on our website or confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required on completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, equipment failure).

5. Access to Property

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If our team cannot gain access, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Service Standards & Limitations

  • We use professional cleaning equipment and eco-friendly, pet- and child-safe products.

  • While we aim for the best results, some stains, odours, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by poor carpet/floor installation.

7. Liability

  • We are insured to carry out our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of income or business interruption.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers should remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from the cleaning area before our team arrives.

  • Customers must inform us of any known risks, hazards, or special care instructions relating to their property.

9. Website Use

  • Content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Zero Dry Time and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee that all details (pricing, availability, descriptions) are error-free.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
