Cancellation Policy

At Zero Dry Time, we understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, as a professional cleaning service, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our business. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice & Fees

  • More than 48 hours' notice – No cancellation fee.

  • 48 hours' notice – 20% of the booking fee.

  • 24 hours' notice – 50% of the booking fee.

  • Less than 12 hours' notice – Up to 100% of the booking fee (at our discretion).

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may allow us to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Exceptions

We recognize that certain situations are unavoidable. Cancellations due to emergencies, illness, or extreme weather on the day of the booking will be considered, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
